● Frequently asked questions
Answers to common MYZECA questions.
This FAQ explains how SMEs apply for MYZECA access, what information is required, and what happens after submission.
Users may register through the MYZECA public website by completing the relevant registration form. Submitted applications will be reviewed by the MYZECA admin team. If the application is approved in principle, payment instructions may be issued. Account access will be activated after payment verification and completion of the required onboarding checks.
MYZECA packages may include access to selected platform features such as the SME dashboard, company profile setup, SEDG v2 Data Collection Tool, evidence upload workflow, draft reporting outputs, and renewal management. Package features, fees, optional modules, and additional site access may vary depending on the applicable subscription or service arrangement.
Payment is requested after an application has been reviewed and approved in principle. Account activation is subject to successful payment verification and applicable onboarding requirements. Users should refer to the payment instructions, invoice, quotation, or package terms issued by MYZECA for the final applicable amount and payment conditions.
MYZECA access may be subject to annual renewal based on the selected package or subscription terms. Renewal reminders may be issued before the expiry date. Continued access to the platform is subject to renewal confirmation, payment verification, and MYZECA’s applicable access terms.
If payment or renewal is overdue, MYZECA may limit, suspend, or review account access in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and administrative procedures.
SMEs may upload supporting documents related to ESG disclosures, such as utility bills, fuel records, water bills, waste records, employee records, safety documents, training records, policies, certificates, photographs, and other relevant evidence. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded information is accurate, relevant, current, and authorised for submission.
MYZECA uses role-based access controls to manage what each user can view or manage within the platform. Access may vary depending on the user role, company structure, assigned workspace, and approved engagement scope.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to MYZECA’s applicable Payment & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility may depend on the application status, payment stage, account activation status, service usage, administrative processing, and applicable subscription terms.
MYZECA does not certify, accredit, guarantee, or assure professionals unless a formal governance process is expressly defined.
